As per our organisation’s response to staying fit and healthy and beating the pandemic, we are planning to organise “ Free Yoga and Fitness” classes every Saturday and Sunday for an hour and half from 08:30 am to 10:00 am starting from this Saturday, 30th January.
These sessions will be organised as a wider community program jointly with CODEC-UK, Pran Yog Nepali Group , Pashupatinath Temple, Birmingham and NBC-UK.
75 minutes of “Yoga Session” will be followed by 15 minutes of “Self-Defence Fitness Session”. The program will be conducted by 2 Yoga instructors and one fitness instructor. All trainers will be involving voluntarily.
There will be no cost to participants and a link will be shared with our members and community.
